Job Description

The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released Advertisement No. A-3/E-1/2026 dated 03 August 2026, inviting online applications for three separate examinations to be conducted for recruitment to posts under the Government of Uttar Pradesh. A total of 37 vacancies are on offer across Architectural Assistant (14 posts) and Estate Manager (11 posts) — both under the UP Housing and Development Board — and Microbiologist (12 posts) under the Food Safety and Drug Administration, UP. The Architectural Assistant and Estate Manager posts are Group-C, Non-Gazetted positions carrying a pay scale of Rs. 9,300–34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs. 4,600 (Level-7), while the Microbiologist post is a Group-B, Non-Gazetted position carrying a pay scale of Rs. 44,900–1,42,400 (Level-7). These roles offer candidates a strong foothold in state government service across the fields of architecture, estate management, and food microbiology. Candidates must apply exclusively through the OTR (One Time Registration) based online portal at https://uppsc.up.nic.in. The application window opens on 03 August 2026 and the last date for fee payment and form submission is 03 September 2026, with a correction/modification window open until 10 September 2026. The general age bracket is 21 to 40 years as of 1 July 2026, with standard relaxations for reserved categories. Selection will be made purely on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination, which will be held at various centres across Uttar Pradesh. Admit cards and exam dates will be communicated separately through the Commission's website. This is a good opportunity for graduates and postgraduates in architecture, management, and microbiology to secure a prestigious state government position in Uttar Pradesh.
