Syllabus & Exam Pattern
Online Test Pattern:
- Duration: 90 minutes
- Total Questions: 100
- Part 1: 50 questions from Discipline/Qualification - 2 marks each
- Part 2: 50 questions from General English, Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning & General Knowledge - 1 mark each
- Negative Marking: Yes

For Management Trainee (Chemical):
• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Petrochemical Engineering / Petrochemical Technology
For Management Trainee (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation):
• B.E./B.Tech in respective discipline
For Management Trainee (Boiler):
• B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/PetroChemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation + Valid Boiler Operation Engineer's Certificate (BOE)
For Management Trainee (Civil):
• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering / Civil and Infrastructure Engineering / Construction Technology
For Management Trainee (Finance):
• CA / CMA OR MBA/MMS/PGDM/PGDBM in Finance with 60% marks
For Management Trainee (Marketing):
• Science/Engineering/Agriculture Graduate + 2 years PG Degree in Marketing/Management
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Regular and full time B.E./B.Tech Engineering Graduate in relevant discipline from UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institution OR 3 years regular and full time BE/B.Tech acquired after 3 years regular and full time Diploma in Engineering OR Regular and full time Dual/Integrated Degrees in relevant discipline.
Minimum Percentage: 60% aggregate in Final Year of Engineering Graduation (55% for SC/ST candidates).
