Job Description

IBPS has opened registrations for CRP CSA-XVI, its sixteenth Common Recruitment Process for the Customer Service Associate (CSA) post — the clerical cadre role formerly known as IBPS Clerk — across 11 participating public sector banks for the financial year 2027-28. With 11,403 indicative vacancies spread across 36 states and union territories, this is one of the largest annual banking recruitment drives in the country. The selection process involves two online exams — a Preliminary followed by a Main — with no interview stage; final provisional allotment to a bank is made on a merit-cum-preference basis in line with government reservation guidelines. The pay scale starts at a basic of Rs. 24,050 and goes up to Rs. 64,480, with allowances as applicable per the allotted bank's rules; the online application window is open from 1 to 21 August 2026 at ibps.in.
