Eligibility Criteria

  • Nationality: Citizen of India / Subject of Nepal/Bhutan / Tibetan refugee (before 01.01.1962) / Person of Indian origin from specified countries (Kenya, Uganda, Sri Lanka, etc.).

  • Reservation: Applicable for SC, OBC, EWS, ESM, and PwBD as per Central Govt./Chandigarh rules.

    • Note for OBC: Must belong to the Central List for UT Chandigarh. Migrants from other states are eligible only if caste is in their home state list (subject to certificate verification).

    • Note for EWS: Income & Asset Certificate must be valid for FY 2025-2026.
